Treatments & Consultations
What we offer and what to expect from a consultation.
Which treatments do you offer?
Our services fall into five categories: Hormone & Weight Management, IV & Vitamin Therapy, Aesthetic Treatments, Pain & Recovery, and Peptide Therapy. See our Services page for each treatment.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with a consultation. Your provider will review your goals, health history, and medications and discuss whether a treatment may be appropriate for you.
Can I ask for a specific treatment?
Yes. You can ask about a treatment you’re interested in, and your provider will evaluate whether it may be appropriate for you. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or treatment.
Will I receive treatment at my first visit?
Your first visit begins with an evaluation. Whether treatment can proceed depends on your provider’s assessment and any further information or evaluation needed.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring a list of your current medications, supplements, and allergies, along with relevant health history. Ask your chosen office whether any preparation is needed for your visit.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary by treatment and by person. Your provider can explain realistic expectations for the treatment you’re considering and how your progress will be followed.
What about side effects and recovery?
Your provider will explain potential risks, side effects, and any aftercare or activity restrictions before treatment. Contact the office if you have concerns after your visit.
Can I combine treatments?
Ask your provider whether combining treatments may be appropriate for you. Listed packages that combine treatments are on our Pricing & Packages page.
Hormone & Weight Management
Testosterone therapy and medical weight loss.
What is testosterone therapy?
Testosterone injections are a form of hormone therapy used when treatment is clinically appropriate. Learn more on our Testosterone Therapy page.
How do I know if I have low testosterone?
Symptoms alone can’t confirm it. Diagnosis requires a clinical evaluation and appropriate blood testing, which your provider can discuss at a consultation.
Is monitoring needed during testosterone therapy?
If treatment is appropriate, your provider will explain the follow-up visits and testing recommended. Contact the clinic about any side effects or changes you notice.
How do Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work?
Both are prescription medications that act on hormone pathways involved in appetite and blood sugar. Your provider will evaluate whether either may be appropriate for you; see Medical Weight Loss.
Are weight loss injections right for everyone?
No. They may not be appropriate for people with certain medical conditions or medications, so an individual consultation is required first.
Do I need to change my diet or activity?
Your provider can discuss nutrition, activity, and any other recommendations as part of your individual plan.
IV & Vitamin Therapy
IV drips and vitamin injections.
What is IV drip therapy?
IV drip therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and other ingredients through an IV line. See the available formulas on our IV Drip Therapy page.
How long is an IV therapy appointment?
IV Drip Therapy appointments are listed as 45 minutes on our booking calendar. Ask the office about timing for the formula you choose.
How often can I get IV or vitamin therapy?
There’s no single schedule. Your provider can discuss whether repeat treatments may be appropriate based on your health history and goals.
Do you offer vitamin injections?
Yes. Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D injections are discussed during a consultation; see Vitamin Injections.
Aesthetic Treatments
Botox, dermal fillers, and PRX skin treatments.
What’s the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?
Botox temporarily relaxes targeted facial muscles. Dermal fillers are injectable gels that add volume or soften lines in specific areas. Your provider can explain which, if either, may suit your goals. See Botox and Dermal Fillers.
How long do results last?
It varies by product, treatment area, and person. Your provider can explain what to expect and how often treatment may be considered.
Do injections hurt?
Ask your provider what to expect during treatment and what comfort measures may be available for you.
What are PRX skin treatments?
PRX treatments are applied to the surface of the skin rather than injected. PRX Glow and PRX Plus are described on our PRX Skin Treatments page.
Pain & Recovery
Trigger point injections, cortisone injections, and red light therapy.
What are trigger point injections?
Trigger points are tight, tender areas within a muscle that may be associated with pain. A trigger point injection is given directly into one of these areas. See Trigger Point Injections.
How do cortisone injections work?
A cortisone injection delivers a corticosteroid, an anti-inflammatory medication, to a specific area such as a joint or the soft tissue around it. See Cortisone Injections.
How long does relief from an injection last?
It varies by person and condition, and some people may need further treatment. Your provider can explain what to expect for your situation.
Can I return to normal activities after an injection?
Your provider will give you aftercare instructions, including any activity restrictions, before you leave.
